How to start:
First, you need to realize what you are eating and know what you are putting into your body.
Next, want to change your habits to good habits.
After, work out a plan to change up your habits.
At home:
When your home eating dinner, you do not want to have seconds, thirds or more than that. Having one serving is good. Putting all the food you want on your plate is enough. No need to keep going back for more. One dish is good.
Having at least six meals/snacks a day is good for your body.
Breakfast, a little snack, lunch, another snack, dinner and before bed.
This allows you not to overeat during your main meal.
Eating after eleven is not good. It actually makes you more hungry after your done.
Everyone loves enjoying something delicious while watching an interesting tv show or movie, but having the bag of chips on your lap is not good. Pour your snack into a bowl or a plate that way you limit yourself and do not eat the whole bag.

Move your sweet tooth foods to the back and the healthier foods in front.
Many people do not like to work out or even like working out in front of people.
There are many dvds out today that include a hard work out that lasts 30 minutes or less.
Zumba is a dancing workout that a lot of people enjoy.
Going to the gym is not the only place where people can work out at.
The only way people are going to change is if their mind is set to change.
